Ingredients
  • 500g Yogurt(best with Greek yogurt)
  • 300g Lemon(s)(curd)
  • 200g Raspberries
  • 1tbsp Sugar(icing)
  • Shortbread(optional)
Instructions
  1. Pour the yogurt and lemon curd into a bowl, mix gently for 15 seconds to gain a rippled effect.
  2. Place in glasses and chill in the fridge.
  3. Mix raspberries and icing sugar and gently crush them, then spoon them with the juices over the chilled mixture.
