Ingredients
  • 200 g Beans(white)
  • 2tbsp Tahini
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Cumin
  • 1/2small Lemon(s)(the juice)
  • Yogurt
Instructions
  1. Blend together white beans, tahini, salt, cumin, and the juice of half of a small lemon in the food processor. Add yogurt to thin to the desired consistency.
  2. Make up to 5 days ahead, or make a big pot of beans ahead of time and freeze in 1 or 2 cup portions in either a straight sided jar or a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
