Ingredients
  • 450g Strawberries(hulled and halved)
  • 100g Cream cheese
  • 750g Yogurt(best with Greek yogurt)
  • 120g Milk
  • 160g Sugar
  • 1tbsp Lemon(s)juice
  • ½tbsp Vanilla(extract)
  • 6 Graham cracker(coarsely crumbled)
Instructions
  1. Using a blender, add all ingredients except for graham cracker crumbs. Puree until smooth. Pour the ice cream mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately (soft-serve style) or place in freezer for several hours.
  3. If you do not have an ice cream maker, stir in graham cracker crumbs and freeze for 2-3 hours until firm or overnight.
