  • 450 g Strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 750 g Yogurt (best with Greek yogurt)
  • 120 g Milk
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon(s) juice
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla (extract)
  • 6 Graham cracker (coarsely crumbled)

Instructions
  1. Using a blender, add all ingredients except for graham cracker crumbs. Puree until smooth. Pour the ice cream mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately (soft-serve style) or place in freezer for several hours.
  3. If you do not have an ice cream maker, stir in graham cracker crumbs and freeze for 2-3 hours until firm or overnight.
