  • 1 packet Gelatin (sugar-free, raspberry flavour)
  • 240 ml Water (boiling)
  • 340 g Yogurt
  • 170 g Raspberries (fresh)
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt (for topping)

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Whisk in yogurt.
  3. Spoon into 4 sherbet glasses or pour into a gelatin mould. Chill until set, about 1-2 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, top with raspberries and a dollop of yogurt.
