  • 50 g Peanut butter (natural, unsalted)
  • 2 Banana(s) (sliced, frozen)
  • 200 g Yogurt (best with Greek yogurt)
  • 180 ml Milk (almond milk or 200 g yogurt)

  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as necessary.
