  • 480 g Yogurt
  • 500 g Pineapple (crushed, undrained)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 kg Fruit(s) (mixed, such as fresh or canned pineapple chunks, seedless grapes, sliced fresh strawberries, and/or blueberries)

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, undrained crushed pineapple, and vanilla. Cover and chill for 1 hour or up to 2 days.
  2. To serve, spoon 50 g of the yogurt mixture into each of the 8 dessert dishes. Add about 100 g of the mixed fruit to each; top with remaining yogurt mixture.
