  • 240 g Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 Gelatin (leaves)

Instructions
  1. Soak gelatine leaves in cold water. Bring milk to a soft boil. In a medium bowl combine yogurt, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
  2. Dissolve gelatine leaves in milk and slowly pour into yogurt mixture stirring well.
  3. Pour into a prepared pan and refrigerate for 3 hours, decorate with fresh fruit.
