  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 2 Dates (large medjool, pitted)
  • 2 tbsp Cacao (nibs)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Maca (powder)
  • 1/4 tsp Spirulina (powder)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (powder)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (powder)
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom (powder)
  • 450 g Yogurt
  • 1 Banana(s) (frozen)
  • 200 g Ice

Instructions
  1. Blend together all the ingredients, except the frozen banana and ice, until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until frosty.
