⦿ Yumii starter culture is made in a natural way and is absolutely safe for consumption!

⦿ Each sachet of Yumii starter culture contains over 100 million vital freeze-dried cells of lactic-acid bacteria of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus - the bacteria used to make Bulgarian yogurt.

⦿ Yeast-lactic acid bacteria are isolated from dairy products. They are lyophilized (dried) and packaged, thus available to households.
